Terms of Service

Pocket Desk is a personal AI assistant operated through a private Telegram bot, provided by She Thrives (Kate Parker, sole proprietor) of Smyrna, Tennessee. Using Pocket Desk means you agree to these Terms.

• A private Telegram bot provisioned for your business.
• Authorized access from that bot to your own Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and a dedicated Pocket Desk folder in your Google Drive.
• A personal setup walkthrough (30 minutes).
• Access to Snap, Brain Dump, and Briefing features, subject to your plan's fair-use limits.

• Setup: $297 one-time, charged at signup.
• Basic plan: $20/month. Includes fair-use limits on AI-powered features. Manual-only features (browsing contacts, viewing your calendar/tasks) are unlimited.
• Plus plan: $39/month. Unlimited usage of all AI-powered features.
• All fees are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing kateparker@shethrivesmarketing.com. Your service remains active through the end of the billing period in which you cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable after the initial walkthrough.

• Keep your Telegram account, Google account, and bot credentials secure.
• Do not share your bot with people who are not authorized to access your data.
• Do not use Pocket Desk for illegal, abusive, or spam activity.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send to the bot.

Pocket Desk uses AI to interpret your messages, transcribe voice notes, OCR business cards, and answer questions about your data. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing calendar invites, tasks, notes, and any other output before relying on it.

You retain full ownership of your Google Calendar events, Google Tasks, Google Drive files, and any business contacts you capture. Pocket Desk stores a copy of the contact records and conversation state required to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We do our best to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Pocket Desk depends on Telegram, Google, OpenAI, Supabase, and Vercel — outages in those services can affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Thrives's liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the bot or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
